We prefer to use Vector files in one of the following formats: .ai .eps or .pdf of high resolution. Vector files allow you to enlarge and reduce the design in order to get the design perfectly on the desired product, without loss of clarity or quality.
For comparison, we have put a .png logo and a Vector logo next to each other to illustrate the difference in quality.
Do you have any questions about file types, the quality of your files or designs in general?
It is useful if you can send the Pantone Color Codes with your design. If we can use a fixed Pantone Color, we can guarantee that we will use the colors you want. If you don’t know the Pantone Color Codes, we will do a color comparison and choose the Pantone color that is closest to your color, all for free!
NB! The Pantone Matching System is used for color comparison, but all inks are mixed by hand, minor color differences may occur between different order batches.
We do not have all fonts available and in order to be able to print the text elements perfectly, we ask you to either ‘outline’ the text or to send the font file. If you want us to adjust the text, you don’t have to ‘outline’, but be sure to send the correct files.
To illustrate, we have placed a text element without an ‘outline’ or font file and a text element with ‘outline’ or file next to each other to show the difference.
The end result is of course the most important. That is why it is important to make your design as perfect as possible. We like to work together to achieve this, and the better we understand what you want to achieve, the smoother this process goes.
Keep in mind that the longer it takes for the design to be ready and approved, the longer it will take for production to begin.
We never start production until we have your explicit approval.
