File types
We prefer to use Vector files in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps or high-resolution .pdf. Vector files provide the ability to enlarge and reduce the design to perfectly fit the desired product, without loss of clarity or quality.
For comparison, we have placed a .png logo and a Vector logo side by side to illustrate the difference in quality.
Do you have any questions about the file types, the quality of your files or designs in general?
Do not hesitate to contact one of our employees. You can do this via [email protected] or on +31 341-456051
Color Matching
It is useful if you can send the Pantone Color Codes with your design. If we can use a fixed Pantone Color, we can guarantee that we use the colors you want. If you don’t know the Pantone Color Codes, we will do a color comparison and choose the Pantone color closest to your color, all for free!
NB! The Pantone Matching Matching System is used for color comparison, but all inks are hand mixed, small color differences may occur between different order batches.
Text Elements
We do not have all the fonts available and to ensure that we can print the text elements perfectly, we ask you to either ‘outline’ the text or send the font file. If you want us to adjust the text, you do not have to ‘outline’ it, but be sure to send the correct files.
To illustrate, we have placed a text element without an ‘outline’ or font file and a text element with an ‘outline’ or file next to each other to show the difference.
Design Adjustments
The end result is of course the most important. That’s why it’s important to make your design as perfect as possible. We like to work together to achieve this, and the better we understand what you want to achieve, the smoother this process goes.
Be sure to remember that the longer it takes for the design to be finalized and approved, the longer it will take for production to begin.
We never start production until we have your explicit approval.
Reversed Print
Not all designs look equally good in reverse. Remember that if you want to print your design as a ‘reverse’, small details may be lost.
