Printing hard plastic cups, what's next?

Via the reusable PP printing page, you can indicate the desired product, size, type of printing, and quantities, and request a no-obligation quote.
We will send a quote to the email address provided within a maximum of 1 day.
If the quote is approved, we will request the files to create the digital proof free of charge. We prefer to receive the files in .pdf - eps or .ai format.

You can have the cup designed entirely to your liking; if a change is needed, we will adjust the design.
Once you agree to the proof, we will schedule the order for production and send the order confirmation with the delivery time.

The delivery time for printing reusable coffee cups is within 3-4 weeks after design approval.
We offer free delivery almost everywhere in Europe.

What is IML printing?

The term 'IML' is derived directly from the technique: a pre-labeled polypropylene (PP) label is placed in a mold. This mold has the shape of the final product, in this case, cups.
The molten PP is then added into the mold. It fuses with the label and takes the shape of the mold while curing. The result: the label and the packaging form a single entity.
This technique is ULTRA-QUALITATIVE compared to Digital Quadrichromy techniques.

What does Rotary Screen printing mean?

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses stencils placed between the ink and the substrate.
The file must be 100% vectorized (fonts and logos).
The cup can be personalized fully all around.

Can I provide my own design?

Providing your own design is possible. You can download the templates for all sizes of coffee cups HERE.

What if I am dissatisfied with my product?

We work hard to ensure that every order is perfect. As soon as you notice that the order is not in order, please contact us immediately. We will work together on a solution.

Can I cancel my order?

An order with custom personalization can be canceled up until the approval of the digital proof. After approval, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Orders with pre-labeled or unprinted products can be returned (extra shipping costs are at your own expense).

Do you offer samples?

Of course, samples are available upon request. We also understand that it is important to have seen and felt the product before placing an order.
