New rules for coffee to go cups
From July 1, 2023, new rules will apply to Coffee to go cardboard cups with a plastic coating.

Entrepreneurs can decide for themselves how much they will charge for the cups with a plastic coating.
It is also mandatory to offer reusable options as an alternative to disposables if drinking is to take place on site.
For on-site consumption, there will be a ban on cardboard cups with a plastic coating and disposable plastic cups.
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management has announced that there will also be restrictions on cardboard cups from July 2023.

Starting January 1, 2024, a ban on the use of non-high-quality recyclable disposable cups and food packaging for on-site consumption will be implemented.
