File types
We prefer using vector files in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, or .pdf in high resolution. Vector files allow you to scale the design up or down to fit the desired product perfectly, without losing clarity or quality.
For comparison, we've placed a .png logo and a vector logo side by side to illustrate the difference in quality.

Color Matching
It's helpful if you can include the Pantone color codes with your design. If we can use a standard Pantone color, we can guarantee we'll use the colors you want. If you don't know the Pantone color codes, we'll do a color comparison and choose the Pantone color closest to yours, completely free of charge!
Please note! The Pantone Matching System is used for color comparison, but all inks are mixed by hand. Slight color variations may occur between different order batches.
Text Elements
We don't have all the fonts, and to ensure perfect printing of the text elements, we ask that you either outline the text or send us the font file. If you'd like us to adjust the text, you don't need to outline it, but be sure to send us the correct files.
To illustrate, we've placed a text element without an outline or font file and a text element with an outline or file next to each other to show the difference.
Design Adjustments
The end result is, of course, the most important. That's why it's crucial to make your design as perfect as possible. We enjoy collaborating to achieve this, and the better we understand what you want to achieve, the smoother the process will be.
Please remember that the longer it takes for the design to be finalized and approved, the longer it will take for production to begin.
We never start production until we have your explicit approval.
