Single-walled cardboard cups: From 250
Double-walled cardboard cups: From 500

Orders consisting entirely of pre-printed cups or unprinted polycarbonate and/or plastic glasses can be shipped within 2 to 3 days.

We can ship printed cardboard cups and polycarbonate glasses within 3 weeks after your approval of the design and proof.

The reusable PP cups have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. If you have an order with a tighter deadline, please contact us to discuss the options.

We offer expedited services. Due to the production process, an additional surcharge may apply in certain cases.

We will do everything we can to complete your order without this additional charge.

Please inquire in advance about the options, because depending on capacity, the emergency service is not always possible.

You can cancel an order with your own printing until the proof has been approved. After approval, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.

Orders containing pre-printed or unprinted products can be returned (additional shipping costs will be at your own expense).

Absolutely! You'll receive a digital proof of your design as soon as possible. We can make any necessary adjustments based on this proof. Once you approve the proof, we'll schedule your order for production.

We work hard to ensure every order is perfect. If you notice anything wrong with your order, please contact us immediately. We'll work together to find a solution.

Cliché costs apply to orders with flexo printing or printing on polycarbonate or PET and PLA.

For paper cups, this is a one-time fee per color. For repeat orders with the same design, these plate costs will not be charged.

Various printing methods are available for polycarbonate lenses. The printing method used depends on your requirements. The printing plate costs vary depending on the printing method and are calculated on a per-order basis.

Contact us for personalized advice. If it's a repeat order using the same design, you won't be charged.

Bee single-walled cups The entire cup is available for printing, except for the white top edge.
At the double-walled cups is the full “2^and "Wall" available. The top and bottom white borders cannot be printed.
Our Polycarbonate cups can be printed, the space available varies per product.
The Reusable PP cups Can be fully printed. You can choose between a white or matte base.

We use the Pantone Matching System. If you already have a PMS color, please be sure to mention it when placing your order. If not, we'll do our best to convert the colors from CMYK to PMS. However, please keep in mind: every computer or smartphone screen and printer is different.

To provide you with the best possible quality, vector art is essential. Vector art allows you to enlarge images infinitely without loss of quality. Vector files are created with illustration programs like Adobe Illustrator. The most common vector files are .ai, .svg, and .eps. If you are unable to obtain a vector art image, we are happy to work with you to find a personalized solution.

In the webshop you can use the most common payment systems, such as iDeal, Credit Cards, PayPal and Sofort.

For all other orders we prefer a bank transfer, but other payment options are also available here.

Samples are available upon request. We understand that it's important to see and feel the product before placing an order.

Small orders are delivered by Parcel Service (DHL, UPS, etc.). Large orders are delivered using our own trucks, to ensure your orders are delivered as efficiently as possible.
