Our mission is to make more than just a cup
We are PromoCups, specialists in cups. Since 2008, we've been helping our clients integrate paper cups into their marketing strategies.
The idea originated in 2007 on the sidelines of a football match, when it was noticed that many people were drinking coffee from white cardboard cups. This, combined with the numerous advertising billboards around the pitch, led to the idea of using the space on the coffee cups as a sponsor space.
It soon became clear that there was also significant demand from businesses for cups as a communication tool. Therefore, we focused more on the business sector. We work with our clients to find the best way to use their cups.
In 2019, paper cups have become an indispensable part of everyday life. We use them in the office, on the go, and even on the sidelines of a football match.
Due to the growing importance of sustainability and environmental responsibility, we've also specialized in selling and printing reusable plastic cups. Raising awareness about the use of reusable alternatives seems to be working, as we're seeing a significant increase in interest in our reusable cups.

We do this for local businesses, sports clubs and coffee bars, but also for multinationals in the Netherlands, Germany, England, France and Spain.
Our cups can be found throughout much of Europe. So who knows, you might have already held a PromoCups cup in your hands.
Why do we do it?
We believe cups are more than just a utilitarian object. We see them as a creative medium that fits into any marketing campaign. Coffee, tea, and water are consumed everywhere. In the office, but also at large events with large crowds.
A cardboard cup has the potential to be seen by many people, especially if it features a catchy print. Whether it's for spreading a serious message in a hospital, a playful print for an advertising campaign, or branding for a coffee shop, we believe cardboard cups are still underused as a marketing tool.
How has PromoCups grown?
In the early years, PromoCups only supplied cardboard cups with a PE coating. (more info about coatings here) and disposable plastic cups made of PET. These cups were the norm and widely used. With the current climate movement, we've been looking for more sustainable solutions.
As a replacement for standard paper cups, we offer a full range of plastic-free paper cups. These offer the same quality you've come to expect from us, but are less harmful to the environment. These plastic-free cups can also be fully printed.
We've found an answer to disposable plastic cups in hard plastic cups made of polycarbonate or propylene. These cups are available with or without a print. Our reusable cups are virtually unbreakable and dishwasher-safe. You can already find them at various large festivals and local outdoor events.
Of course, we are always open to tips and suggestions to better meet current standards.
