What is my minimum order size?
Your minimum order size depends on the type of product.
Single walled paper cups: starting at 250 cups.
Double walled paper cups: starting at 500 cups.
Polycarbonate: per box as specified on the respective product pages.
Reusable PP-cups: depending on size, as specified on the respective product pages.
How long does it take for my order to be finished?
- We’re able to ship orders, which consist solely of preprinted or standard paper cups and/or unprinted polycarbonate glasses within 3 business days.
- Customized paper coffee cups and polycarbonate glasses are ready for shipping around 3 weeks after the approval of the design or proof. The reusable PP-cups have a standard delivery time of 4 weeks. Does your order have a tighter deadline, please contact us to discuss the possibilities for rush services.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, we do offer rush service. Sometimes extra rush-fees will be charged. We do everything in our power to finish your order without having to charge those extra rush-fees. Please contact us for your possibilities, because of our capacity rush service is not always possible.
Am I able to cancel my order?
An order with custom printed products can be canceled up until you approve of the design.
An order with unprinted or preprinted products can be returned (added shipping fees may apply).
Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a digital proof of your design as soon as possible. Based on your remarks on this proof we’ll work as long as we need to achieve the desired result. As soon as you give your approval, we’ll continue with the order.
What if I am unhappy with my printed product?
We work hard to make sure every order is perfect. As soon as you notice that your order is not up to your standard, please contact us immediately. We’ll work together to solve the problem.
Do I pay a set-up fee on every order?
Set-up fees are only applicable on orders with Flexo printing. For paper cups we charge a one -time fee per color used. This fee may vary on order size.
If you opt for customization of polycarbonate glasses, multiple printing methods are possible. Which method is best for your order depends on product, order size and design. We will help you to decide which method is best for your order.
What is the available print area on my cups?
Our single walled cups are printable in its entirety, except the upper white brim.
On our double walled cups is the entire “2nd wall” available for printing. The lower and upper white parts are not printable.
Our polycarbonate glasses are printable, but this varies per product.
Our reusable PP-Cup are printable in its entirety. With a white or matte white base color.
How do you match colors?
We use the Pantone Matching System for all printing. If you already have a PMS color, make sure to enter it into the Special Instructions on your order. (This will certainly help expedite your order through the approval process!) If not, we will do our best to convert colors from CMYK to PMS. Just keep in mind, everyone’s computer screens and printers are different, so comparing to the color on your screen may not be a perfect match.
Which filetypes do you prefer?
In order to get the best possible print, Vector art is required due to its ability to be scaled infinitely without any loss of quality. Vector art is created using vector illustration programs, such as Adobe Illustrator. The most common Vector file extensions are .ai, .svg, .eps and .pdf. (Please note that not all .pdf files are vector.)
If you are unable to acquire vector art, we are more than happy to work with you. While not advised, we can work with raster images such as .jpg, but using these files could result in a loss of print quality and delays in the order due to the extra time needed to convert into vector.

Which payment options do you offer?
In our webshop we offer a variety of common payment options: Credit Cards, Ideal, PayPal and Sofort for example.
For custom printed orders, we prefer a bank transfer. But we do offer Credit Card, Ideal and PayPal payments on request.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we do offer samples on request. We understand that, as a customer, it’s important the see and feel the product before ordering.
How is my order shipped?
We use a Parcel Service (DHL, UPS, etc.) to get the products to you as efficient as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
